Crawford Bespoke Kilt

The Crawford kilt originates from the barony of Crawford in Lanarkshire. The clan supported William Wallace during the Scottish Wars of Independence, and Sir Thomas Craufurd of Jordanhill served Lord Darnley after his marriage to Mary, Queen of Scots. Their motto, "Tutum te robore reddam" ("I will give you safety by strength"), and crest, a stag's head with a cross, symbolize strength and protection. The Crawford tartan, a Lowland pattern, was first recorded in 1842 in the "Vestiarium Scoticum."
The Crawford Tartan is a stunning display of pink, green, and white that captures the essence of the Scottish landscape. The pink stripe represents the heather that covers the Scottish hillsides, the green stripe symbolizes the moss that grows on the rocky cliffs, and the white stripe represents the snow that blankets the Scottish Highlands in the win

Custom Weave tartans are woven to order, the tartan weaving process taking approximately 4-5 weeks.

All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk.

Who do we use to deliver your order?
