We ship worldwide with DHL and FedEx. Kilts, Highland dress, accessories and tartan fabric, tracked from dispatch to your door.

Costs

How shipping is calculated

Delivery cost is calculated from your order weight at checkout, with no hidden charges. Orders over $300 USD ship free worldwide, applied automatically.

Please Note

Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are not included in our pricing. You are responsible for paying them on deliver.

Timelines

When your order arrives

Because most pieces are made to your measurements, your delivery date depends on what you order:

Standard orders.
1 to 3 Weeks

Made-to-measure pieces in stocked tartans — cut, pleated, quality checked and dispatched with tracking.

Made-to-weave tartans. 4 to 6 weeks for weaving, plus making and transit

Some of our 5,000+ tartans are woven to order. The weaving takes 4 to 5 weeks before making begins, so plan ahead for weddings and events.

Delivery times vary by destination and some regions take longer. Ordering for a wedding? Start with our kilt buying guide and allow extra time for made-to-weave patterns.

Carrier Delay Notice

Airspace restrictions occasionally delay carrier flights. Processing times are unchanged, but transit may run longer in affected regions and tracking may show temporary gaps. We monitor carrier updates and continue dispatching on schedule.

Tracking

Follow your parcel

The moment your order ships, you receive an email with tracking details. Our systems integrate with DHL and FedEx, so both you and our support team can follow the parcel from pickup to delivery.

Changes

Cancellations & order changes

  • Cancelling: refund requests for cancellation must be made within 2 days of placing the order.
  • Already in production but not dispatched: a 25% restocking fee applies, since making has begun on your measurements.
  • After dispatch: orders can no longer be cancelled, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Adjusting an order: plans change — contact us and we'll help. Some modifications may carry extra charges.

Received something that isn't right? Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return & Refund Policy — including the 30-day window, authorization steps, and return addresses.
