Women's Utility Kilts/Skirts
Women's utility kilts in heavy cotton with cargo pockets, D rings and adjustable straps, built to be worn rather than kept for occasions. They keep the wrap construction and pleated back of a traditional kilt and drop everything ceremonial, which makes them practical for work, festivals and warm weather. Cut to your own waist, hip and length. Available in black, khaki, grey and a range of plain colours, with tartan hybrids also available. Fit differs from a traditional kilted skirt. It sits lower, at or just under the natural waist rather than high at the navel, and is cut looser through the hip so the stride is unrestricted. The hem still lands at or just above the knee, because that proportion is what keeps it reading as a kilt. Machine wash cold with every fastening closed and the pockets emptied.
