Knee-Length Plaid Skirts
Knee length finishes at or just above the top of the kneecap, roughly 22 to 25 inches from the waist. It is the only length in the range that reads correctly everywhere, in an office, at a wedding, in a church and at dinner, and it pairs with flats, boots and heels equally. If you are buying one tartan skirt to cover everything, this is the length. Choose from over 5000 setts in A-line, pleated and pencil cuts. Knee length finishes at or just above the top of the kneecap, roughly 22 to 25 inches from the waist on an average height. Below the kneecap starts behaving like a short midi, which matters when you send a measurement. In a dark or muted sett with plain hosiery this is appropriate for a funeral or a formal service, which no other tartan skirt length reliably is.
