Bust
Around the fullest part of the bust, parallel to the floor, arms relaxed.

Waist
Around the natural waist — the narrowest part of the torso.

Hips
Around the fullest part of the hips, usually 7–9″ below the waist.

Shoulder Width
From the tip of one shoulder to the other across the back.

Dress Length
From the shoulder down to your chosen hem — mini, knee, midi or maxi.

Sleeve Length If applicable
From the shoulder top to where the sleeve should end.
