Chip In to a Pool Like This

CONTRIBUTORS NEED NO ACCOUNT, JUST THE LINK

The short answer: a Scottish Kilt Group Gift Pool lets any number of people fund one Highland gift together. The organizer sets a target and shares a link; contributors chip in from $5 with no account needed; on the closing date everything combines into a single no-fee, never-expiring gift card emailed to the recipient with every contributor's name and message.

When pools beat solo gifts

The occasions built for group gifting

Highland dress is exactly the category where pooling shines: meaningful, personal, and priced for a group rather than one wallet. The math almost always works out to a modest per-person amount.

Group gift pool FAQ

How does the pool actually work?

One organizer starts the pool and shares a single link. Anyone with the link can contribute any amount from $5, no account needed. On the closing date, all contributions combine into one gift card, emailed to the recipient with every contributor's name and message attached.

What if we don't hit the target?

Nothing is lost. The card is issued for whatever was collected; the recipient can pay any difference at checkout, or the organizer can top up before closing. Unspent balance never expires.

Are there any fees?

No. 100% of every contribution lands on the recipient's gift card. No platform fee, no card fee, no expiry.

Can contributors stay anonymous or hide their amount?

Yes, each contributor chooses what appears on the card: name and message, name only, or fully anonymous. Individual amounts are never shown to the recipient, only the combined total.

What's a sensible target?

Around $100 funds a custom kilt (5-Yard from $58, 9-Yard from $79), $250 a complete 5-piece outfit, and $500+ premium formal outfits. If you want an exact figure, pair the pool with our custom amount guide.

Can we schedule the combined card for a specific date?

Yes, set the pool's closing date to the occasion, or route the finished card through Schedule a Future Send so it lands the morning of the birthday, wedding, or Burns Night.
