Piper's Kilt Outfit Size Guide
The full piper's ensemble — kilt, jacket, shirt and piper's plaid. Measure each piece with a soft tape and a partner for accuracy.
The Kilt

Waist
Around your natural waist, an inch or two above the navel, snug but comfortable.

Hip
Around the fullest part of the hips, about 8″ below the waist.

Kilt Length
From the natural waist down to the middle of the knee.
The Jacket

Chest
Around the widest part of the chest, tape parallel to the ground.

Waist
Around the natural waistline, above the navel.

Shoulder Width
From one shoulder seam to the other across the back.

Sleeve Length
From the shoulder top down to the wrist, arm slightly bent.

Jacket Length
From the shoulder down to the waist or just below — piper jackets sit short.
The Shirt

Neck Size
Around the base of the neck, a finger's space for comfort.

Chest
Around the fullest part of the chest, level and not too tight.

Sleeve Length
From the shoulder top down to the wrist, arm slightly bent.
