Remember to have a friend or family member assist you for better accuracy, and ensure the tape measure is straight across the front and back of your body.
Waist (E): Measure around the natural waistline, ensuring the tape measure remains straight across both the front and back of the body.
Height (B): Your full height.
Jacket Length:
Nape to Bottom Hem:-
Measure your jacket from the collar seam down to its bottom edge to determine its length.
Shoulder to Shoulder: Measure the back from one shoulder point to the other, tracing the back's natural curve.
