Frequently asked questions
Yes. Our shawls & wraps use authentic woven tartan, never a printed copy, so the colour runs through the cloth and wears in well. You choose your sett at checkout, and the same cloth runs through other styles in the range, so a whole outfit can match.
Yes — most pieces are made to measure, usually at no extra cost. Add your measurements in the order notes and we cut to fit, and you can what pairs nicely with it to finish the look.
Over 5000 setts — clan, regional or fashion. If you can't find yours, message us and we'll source it, and many customers explore the complete look for events and gifting.
Stock pieces ship within 2-3 business days; made-to-measure items take around 2-3 weeks. Express upgrades are offered at checkout, and you can browse related styles here while you wait.
Follow the care label; most pieces are best cold-washed or dry-cleaned and air-dried, which keeps the tartan crisp and the colours true.
Unused items in original condition can usually be returned or exchanged within the stated window. Made-to-measure pieces are reviewed case by case.
We photograph honestly and work in real woven cloth, so what arrives is close to what you see, allowing for minor screen variation.
