Trouser Measurements
Waist (E): To determine the ideal placement of the trouser waistband, wrap the tape measure around your body at the desired position. Adjust the tightness to your preference for how the waist of the trousers should fit. Make sure the tape measure is aligned straight both in the front and back of your body for accurate measurements.
Hips/Seat (F) Wrap the tape measure snugly around the widest part of your hips or seat.
Inside Leg (H) From the crotch to the bottom edge of the trouser leg.
Outside Leg (G) Measure from the waist of the trousers down the outer side of the leg to the desired hemline of the trousers.
