Historical Significance
The Welsh National Tartan represents the rich cultural heritage and identity of Wales. This tartan was adopted by a Welsh society in Cardiff in 1967, emphasizing the deep connections between Wales and other Celtic countries. Its origins can be traced back to the 3rd or 4th century AD, and it was officially recognized in 2000. The colors of the tartan are derived from the Welsh flag, featuring the iconic red dragon set against a green and white background, paying homage to the 18th-century Lord of the Isles tartan, acknowledging the Prince of Wales' subsidiary title. Furthermore, it celebrates St. David, a prominent 6th-century Christian figure, who founded a monastic community that strengthened ties between Wales and other Celtic regions.

Custom Weave tartans are woven to order, the tartan weaving process taking approximately 4-5 weeks.

All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk.
Only defected items will be entertained for exchange.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.

Who do we use to deliver your order?
Our back office systems are fully integrated with DHL and FEDEX which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. this allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!
