- Tartans: For some tartans woven to order, the weaving process takes approximately 4-5 weeks.

Returns & Refunds

- Returns: Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer’s fault.
- Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, simply place a new order and return the original item after approval. Only defective or damaged items will be eligible for exchange.
- Order Cancellation: Refund requests must be made within 2-3 days of placing the order if you wish to cancel. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds.
