- Tartans: For some tartans woven to order, the weaving process takes approximately 4-5 weeks.
- Shipping Locations: Delivery times may vary based on your location, and some regions may experience longer shipping periods.

- Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 2-3 days of placing the order if you wish to cancel. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds.
